I’m a Chicago-based writer, blogger and community enthusiast. I currently work as the social media manager for Crain’s Chicago Business, where I oversee lots of really fun and exciting online outreach initiatives. Plus, I get to talk to our great readers every day. So in a nutshell, I have a pretty neat gig.
Aside from my work in the digital media space, my time is also filled working on a blog I write called Sarah Needs a Kidney, which is filled with my personal writings on my family’s battle to get my older sister a new kidney. She lost function of her kidneys a little over four years ago, and since then, it’s been one big waiting game. So I thought I’d do what I do best, and write about it.
